Trans Desert Contracting & General Maintenance Est. is committed to provide quality and excellent service in our domain of expertise in various services related to distribution of water supply in addition to the Building Maintenance, Sub main Sewerage Network and irrigation works.

Our guiding principle mandates that every project is executed in line with local requirements and regulations and to the highest of standards. Hence, we have stringent health and safety rules to implement this golden commitment practically.

  • Strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in damage to environment, accidents and personal injury/ illnesses or property damage.
  • Provide clean, healthy, and safe work environment through prevention of ill health, injury and environmental pollution, arising out of the activities.
  • Introduce programs which will promote employee health and well-being.
  • Demonstrate the involvement and support of top management in all EHS endeavours.
  • Demonstrate the consultation and participation of employees in Hazard identification, Revision of risk register and Hazard communication in relation with OS&H risks and opportunities etc.
  • Communicate this policy to our employees and our stakeholders.
  • Reviewing and revising this policy on a continual basis, at least annually and as necessary, to ensure its relevance and appropriateness to our organization.
  • Optimum utilization and conservation of energy resources through reduces, recycle and reuse and reprocess methodologies and minimize waste generation.
  • Integrate Management system in all activities with focus on sustainable growth and development in effectiveness of the established QHSE management system.
